Comments. Apart from the oncoming festivities it is the time of the year when it is customary to complain about the rain, the ice and the cold weather in general.
To counterbalance the feeling (or experience) it may be worthwhile reminding ourselves (with the help of this quote) that when it comes to weather endurance, cold is preferable to heat.
